33 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 146 lbs, with 2 prior pregnancies and 2 births by c-section and a 100 lb weight loss through diet and exercise. She had previously had liposuction of her abdomen and flanks and wished to improve the contour of her abdomen and flanks. She underwent an abdominoplasty with revision liposuction of her flanks, abdomen and inner thighs. Her post operative photos show an flattened abdomen, a more tapered waist and improved definition and shape of the buttocks. Her post operative photos were taken 6 weeks after her abdominoplasty and liposuction.
