40 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 165 lbs, with 2 prior births by C-section, who wished to improve the contour of her abdomen and flanks. She wished to have an abdominoplasty and liposuction of her abdomen and flanks to achieve a flatter abdomen and a narrower waist. She underwent a lipoabdominoplasty, repair of her diastasis, with flank liposuction. 5000cc of liposuction were removed.
