Tummy Tuck Photos - Case #1292

43 year old female, 5 feet 8 inches, 198 lbs with 2 prior pregnancies and 2 C-sections who wished to undergo an abdominoplasty and liposuction to contour her abdomen, flanks and back. She underwent an abdominoplasty with tumescent liposuction of her back, flanks and abdomen. 5600 cc of fat was removed during the liposuction and 2600 gms of tissue were removed during her abdominoplasty. Her post abdominoplasty/liposuction photos were taken 1 month after her surgery and show a markedly improved abdominal, flank and back contour. Her abdomen is flatter, her waist is thinned and her back shows an improved lordosis due to the liposuction. She notes a 27 lb weight loss since her surgery. She is very pleased with her new contour.
