Rhinoplasty - Nasal Reshaping Photos - Case #8373

27 year old female who wished to undergo a rhinoplasty. She was unhappy with her nasal hump, the asymmetry of her nose, her rounded nasal tip and lack of nasal tip projection. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with lowering the bone and cartilage of her nasal dorsum, asymmetric narrowing of her nasal bones, spreader flaps to create new dorsal aesthetic lines, trimming and suturing of her nasal tip cartilages and a cartilage graft to help with nasal tip projection. Her post operative photos were taken 3 months after her rhinoplasty and show a balanced and harmonious nasal shape and contour.
