24 year old female who wished to improve her nasal/facial harmony. She was unhappy with her dorsal nasal bump and the projection of her nose. She felt her nasal tip was slightly wide and wished slightly more definition of her tip. Her rhinoplasty was done open, under general anesthesia and included reduction of her dorsum to eliminate her nasal bump, trimming and suture reshaping of her nasal tip cartilages. Her dorsal aesthetic lines were maintained with spreader grafts from her nasal septum. Her nasal bones were moved inward to help maintain her dorsal aesthetic lines. Her photos were taken 2 months after her rhinoplasty and show a straight, smooth dorsum, refined tip, slight deprojection of her nasal tip and a slight supra-tip break. She is very pleased with the result of her rhinoplasty.
