59 year old female who wished to undergo a rhinoplasty to correct her nasal facial disharmony. Her main concern was her nasal bump and the fullness of her nasal tip. She wished both of these refined. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with lowering of her bone and cartilage nasal bump. Her dorsal lines were reestablished with spreader flaps and her nasal tip was refined with a columellar strut and suture modification of her lower lateral cartilages. Her post operative photos were taken 1 month after her rhinoplasty and show a straight nasal profile from the side and partial side views and refined nasal tip. She is very pleased with her new nasal contour.
