Rhinoplasty - Nasal Reshaping Photos - Case #2927

41 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 138 lbs with no prior nasal trauma who wished to undergo a rhinoplasty to improve the contour and the balance of her nose. She felt her nasal tip was too round and too wide. She felt her nasal tip lacked proper projection and was slightly down turned. She also wished her nasal dorsum to be smoother and straighter. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with cartilage shaping of her tip to narrow and refine it. Her dorsum was lowered to improve the balance and shape. Her post rhinoplasty photos were taken 2 months after her surgery. The bottom view shows excellent tip shape and a narrowed, refined tip. Her incision across her columella is very well camouflaged. Side views show a balanced nasal appearance with refinement and slight elevation of her nasal tip. She is very pleased with her rhinoplasty result.
