31 year old female with a history prior nasal trauma who requested a rhinoplasty/septoplasty to improve her breathing and to improve her profile view. She underwent an open rhinoplasty/septoplasty with reduction in her dorsal hump, trimming of her nasal cartilage in her tip to refine it and elevate the tip slightly and removal of the deviated septal cartilage with turbinate reduction. Her post operative photos were taken 3 weeks after her rhinoplasty/septoplasty and show an improved profile appearance with a refined tip appearance. Her breathing has improved.
