Ear Reshaping - Otoplasty Photos - Case #2430

27 year old female with prominent ears since birth who wished to undergo an otoplasty to contour her ears so their position was closer to her head. She underwent an otoplasty, under local anesthesia which included rasping of the ear cartilage in the front to allow it to be more supple and suture fixation of the ear cartilage in the back to hold the new shape. Her post otoplasty photos were taken 1 month after her surgery showing an excellent ear position and shape. She is very pleased with her otoplasty results.
