51 year old female who wished to undergo a facelift/necklift to rejuvenate her appearance. She wished her facelift/necklift to smooth and sharpen her jawline and correct the muscle banding in her neck. She underwent a mini-facelift/necklift and a skin only upper blepharoplasty under conscious sedation and local anesthesia. Her SMAS was plicated in a vertical, posterior direction. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her mini-facelift/necklift revealing a smoother, more youthful jawline and a excellent athletic, smooth contour to her neck. She is very pleased with the results of her surgery.
