67 year old female who wished to rejuvenate her facial and neck appearance by a facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, subcutaneous brow lift and 25% perioral TCA peel. She was concerned about her midfacial deflation, loss of jawline definition, and muscle banding and lax skin of her neck. She underwent a facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, subcutaneous brow lift and 25% perioral TCA peel. Her facelift was done with a lateral SMAS plication and an anterior platysmoplasty to correct her muscle banding in her neck and straighten her jawline. Skin only blepharoplasties were done. Her post operative photos were done 4 months after her surgery and show excellent rejuvenation by way of increased midfacial filling, a youthful jawline and smooth neck contour. She is very pleased with the results of her surgery.
