59 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 140 lbs, nonsmoker who was unhappy with her facial appearance. She wishes to undergo facial plastic surgery to restore volume to her midface, smooth and straighten her jawline and improve the contour of her neck. Her facial plastic surgery included a facelift with SMAS plication and a corset platysmoplasty.
