Facelift Photos - Case #2737

57 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 145 lbs who had previously undergone a thread lift by a dermatologist and was disappointed as she said she saw no results from the procedure. She wishes to undergo a facelift to improve the contour of her cheeks, sharpen her jawline and smooth the contour of her neck. She also wished the contour threads removed as they were palpable under her skin. Her facelift was done under conscious sedation and included a SMAS plication laterally and SMAS tightening medially to cvontour her neck, jawline and add volume to her midface. Her post facelift recovery was uneventful. Her post operative photos show a rejuvenated appearance with a defined neck and jawline and a natural refreshed appearance to her face. Her post facelift photos were taken 4 months after her facelift.
