54 year old female, 5 feet 0 inches, 131 lbs, nonsmoker who was unhappy with her facial and eye appearance. She felt her eyes looked heavy and tired, her jawline had poor definition and her neck looked heavy with a blunt angle. She underwent a facelift, necklift and upper and lower blepharoplasties. The rejunvenation of the face and neck was done by SMAS plication with suture repair of her midline platysmal muscle to sharpen the neck angle. Excess fat of the neck and jawline was removed directly with scissors. The upper and lower eye blepharoplasties were skin excision only, thus preserving youthful volume in the peri ocular area. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her surgery showing a youthful, alert appearance to her eyes. Her cheeks and midface have added volume, restoring her youthful contours. Her jawline is sharp and distinct from her neck contour, which shows correction of her prior blunted cervical angle. Her overall appearance after her facelift, necklift, upper and lower blepharoplasties is one of youthful contours and smooth features. She is very pleased with her new look.
