Eyelid Surgery Photos - Case #4366

53 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 125 lbs, who wished to have upper and lower blepharoplasty to rejuvenate the appearance of her eyes. The upper blepharoplasty was to reduce the excess skin of her upper eyelids. The patient had no fat protrusion of her lower lid so the lower blepharoplasty was to help smooth the lower eyelid skin. She underwent a skin only upper blepharoplasty which retained all volume possible to help rejuvenate her periorbital area and a pinch lower blepharoplasty for her lower lids. All suturing was done beneath the skin surface. Post blepharoplasty photos were taken 2 weeks after her bleparoplasty and show a rejuvenated, more alert appearance to her eyes. She is very pleased with her result.
