55 year old female who complained of looking tired all the time and requested an upper blepharoplasty to refresh her appearance and brighten her eyes. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty under local anesthesia to remove the excess skin of her upper eyelids. A single suture, running under the skin was used to close each eyelid and they were removed in 5 days. Her postoperative photos were taken 1 month after her upper blepharoplasty showing a rejuvenated and more youthful appearance.
