Breast Lift Photos - Case #5139

30 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 155 lbs with 2 prior pregnancies and a 60 lbs weight loss who was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She had a Grade 3 ptosis and breast asymmetry with her right breast being larger. She wished to have a breast lift/ mastopexy to rejuvenate her breasts appearance, but declined any volume reduction of her right side to balance the breasts appearance. Her breast lift was done using a Wise pattern to create the proper skin dimensions for the breasts. All sutures were placed under the skin and dissolved in 4 weeks. Her post operative photos were taken 8 weeks after her breast lift/mastopexy and show a more youthful breast appearance with the nipple/areolar complex in the proper position and a excellent breast shape and contour. Her size asymmetry remains. She is very pleased with the results of her surgery.
