46 year old female, 5 feet 143 lbs who wished to undergo a breast reduction/mastopexy as part of her mommy makeover. The weight removal was done to try to gain as much symmetry as possible for her breasts. A Wise pattern breast reduction/mastopexy was done. A sutures were placed internally as dissolved over 4 weeks. Her post operative photos were taken 4.5 months after her breast reduction/mastopexy and show excellent symmetry with the nipple areolar complex at the correct position on the breast mound. She is very happy with the results of her breast reduction/mastopexy as part of her mommy makeover.
