44 year old female, 5 feet 7 inches, 133 lbs, with 2 prior births who wished to undergo a breast augmentation. Her breast augmentation was done through an inframammary incision, placing her 325 cc smooth, round, moderate profile plus, silicone gel implants in a sub-pectoral position in a Dual Plane 2 pocket. A Keller funnel was used to place the implants. Her post operartive photos were taken 4 months after her breast augmentation and show excellent shape, contour and symmetry.
