Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4907

39 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 138 lbs with 3 prior births who wishes to enhance her breasts appearance with a breast augmentation. Her pre breast augmentation cup size was a 34 B and she wished to increase her cup size to a 34 Full C. She had a Grade 2 ptosis but wished to avoid breast lift scars. Based on her breast dimensions and tissue characteristics she chose a 320 cc smooth round silicone gel implant as the implant she wanted for her breast augmentation. Her breast augmentation was done using a Dual Plane 3 dissection under her chest muscle through an incision in the fold under her breasts. A Keller funnel was used to place the implants. Her post operative photos were taken 1 month after her breast augmentation and shows excellent shape, contour and symmetry. She achieved her full C cup.
