Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4836

26 year old female, 5 feet 1 inch, 142 lbs, nonsmoker with 2 prior pregnancies and 2 prior births who wished to have abreast augmentation to regain some of the volume loss of her breasts which occurred after her children were born. She was a C cup and wished to increase her cup size to a D cup. Her breast width was 13 cm and her tissues had increased laxity. She choose a 410 cc smooth round silicone gel implant and this was placed below the chest muscle by a Dual Plane 3 approach through an incision in the fold under her breast. A Keller funnel was used to insert the implant. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken 3 months after her breast augmentation and show excellent breast shape, contour and symmetry. She has achieved her D cup size and is very pleased with her results.
