Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4425

29 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 125 lbs, non-smoker with no prior pregnancies who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to enhance the size and shape of her breasts. Her pre-operative cup size was a 34 A and she wished to achieve a 34 full B or 34 small C cup. Dimensional measurements of her breasts were done to choose an implant close to the width of her breast so she would have a proportional appearance after her breast augmentation. Based on her measurements, she chose a 305cc smooth, round, silicone gel implant. Her breast augmentation placed her implant in a Dual Plane 1 pocket below her chest muscle via an incision in the fold under her breast. A Keller Funnel was used to insert the implant. Post operative photos were taken 1 month after her breast augmentation and show excellent shape and symmetry. Her incision lies exactly in her inframammary fold. She is very pleased with her result.
