Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4256

24 year old female, 5 feet, 95 lbs, with no prior pregnancies, who wished to undergo a breast augmentation to increase her cup size from a 32 A to a proportional size for her frame. A 285cc implant had a diameter which best matched her breast width dimensions. She underwent a breast augmentation with 285cc, highly cohesive, smooth, round, silicone gel implants. The implants were placed in a pocket below her chest muscle through an incision in the fold under her breasts and a Keller funnel was used to insert the implants. A dual plane 1 dissection was done for lower pole support. Her post operative photos were taken 1 month after her breast augmentation and show a proportional, balanced and symmetrical augmentation. She is very pleased with the result of her breast augmentation.
