Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #4101

50 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 128 lbs, with 3 prior births who wished to augment her breast size from her current 34 A cup to a 34 Full B cup which was her size during her pregnancies. For her breast augmentation she chose a 285cc smooth, round, highly cohesive silicone gel implant. Her breast augmentation was placed in a pocket below her pectoralis muscle using a Dual Plane 1 dissection through an incision in the fold under her breast. A Keller funnel was used to insert her breast implant. Her post operative photos were taken 3 months after her breast augmentation. Her breast augmentation result is proportional and balanced to her body size and chest width and she has achieved her full B cup. She is very pleased with her result.
