Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #3603

32 year old female, nonsmoker, 2 prior births, 5 feet 6 inches, 140lbs who wished to undergo a breast augmentation. She envisioned the breast augmentation restoring the volume and fullness to her breasts which had been lost after having her children. When seen for her consultation, she felt she was a small B cup and wished her augmentation to create a full C cup. Based on the width of her breasts, 435 cc, smooth, round, silicone gel implants were chosen. Her implants were placed below the pectoral muscle, in a Dual Plane 3 fashion, through an incision in the fold under her breasts. A Keller funnel was used to place the implants as a safety measure. Her post breast implant photos were taken 3 weeks after her surgery and show an excellent shape, contour and symmetry. The patient achieved her full C cup and is very pleased with the results of her breast augmentation.
