36 year old female, non-smoker, 5 feet 1 inch, 110 lbs with micromastia and additional tissue loss after the birth of her child. She wished to add additional volume to her breasts to enhance her appearance. She underwent a breast augmentation with 350cc round smooth silicone gel implants placed beneath the chest muscle via an incision in the crease under the breast. Pre operative cup size was A. Post operative cup size was a full B. Post operative photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
