42 year old female, 5 feet 7 inches, 127 lbs with 3 pregnancies and 2 births with involution/deflation of her breasts, who wished an improved fill of her breasts. The base width of her breasts was 12 cm. She underwent a breast augmentation with smooth round silicone gel implants, 12 cm wide, 250cc volume, through an incision in the fold under the breast, in a pocket below the chest muscle. Post operative photos were taken 1 ½ months after surgery.
