Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1566

23 year old female, 5 feet 5 inches, 120 lbs, no prior pregnancies, with a small B cup who wished to increase her cup size to a full C cup. Her examination showed her right breast was slightly larger than the left and both the nipple and areola and the fold of her right breast were 1.5 cm lower than the left. She recognized these asymmetries would be present after the surgery. She underwent a breast augmentation with smooth round moderate profile silicone implants, placed below the muscle via an incision in the fold under her breasts. The left implant was 375cc and the right implant was 350cc to help balance the pre operative size difference. Her recovery was normal with return to work in 1 week. She is very pleased with her new breast size which is a full C. Post operative photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
