Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1382

40 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 122 lbs who had undergone a breast augmentation outside the US with saline breast implants, 280 cc on the left and 300 cc on the right. She had never been pleased with the result due to their high position and constricted appearance in the lower portion of her breasts. She wished to undergo a revision of her breast augmentation to achieve an improved, more natural look. Her surgery consisted of removal of her saline implants, open capsulotomies to release the narrowed lower portion of the breast and replacement with 300cc smooth, round, highly cohesive silicone gel implants. Her post operative photos were taken 3 weeks after her revision breast augmentation and show correction of her superior pole fullness and correct positioning of the implants in relation to her nipple/ areolar complex. The lower aspect of her breasts, have a natural normal curve. She is very pleased with the results of her revision breast augmentation
