Breast Augmentation Photos - Case #1346

42 year old female with no prior pregnancies, 5 feet 5 inches, 137 lbs with no prior pregnancies who was a 34 small B cup and wished to have a breast augmentation to achieve a 34 full C cup. She had some asymmetry of her nipple position with her right nipple being 1 cm lower than her left. She underwent a breast augmentation with 350cc smooth, round, silicone gel implants, placed under the chest muscle through an incision in the fold under her breast. A Keller funnel was used to place the breast implants to minimize stress on the implants during placement and avoid contact of the implant with the patient’s skin. Her post breast augmentation photos were taken 1 month after surgery showing excellent shape, contour and symmetry. The patient is very pleased with the result of her breast augmentation.
