51 year old female, 5 feet 2 inches, 140lbs, nonsmoker, who had lost 100 lbs after gastic bypass surgery. Her interest was to improve the contour of her trunk and remove the hanging tissues of her abdomen. She underwent a belt lipectomy, also called a lower body lift, with removal of 13 lbs of tissue. She had an uneventful recovery. Her post operative photos were taken 2 years after surgery.
