38 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 154 lbs with 3 pregnancies and 3 prior c-sections who wished to improve the contour of her trunk and thighs by an abdominoplasty and liposuction of her flanks and thighs. The patient underwent an abdominoplasty with repair of her muscle diastasis and liposuction body contouring of her flanks and lateral thighs. Her postoperative photos were taken 6 months after her abdominoplasty and liposuction and show an improved tapered waist and thigh contour and a flatter, more youthful abdomen.
