39 year old female, 5 feet 4 inches, 134 lbs, nonsmoker, with 2 prior pregnancies and 2 births, who wished to have an abdominoplasty/ tummy tuck to decrease the number of stretch marks on her abdomen, as well as smooth and tighten her abdominal skin. Her abdominoplasty/ tummy tuck was done plus a repair of her diastasis to maximize her abdominal flatness and to restore the foundation of her abdomen. A breast implant exchange was done at the same time as her abdominoplasty/ tummy tuck. Her post operative photos were taken 4 months after her abdominoplasty/ tummy tuck and show an improved abdominal contour which is flatter, has less stretch marks and gives her an athletic appearance. She is very pleased with the results of her abdominoplasty/ tummy tuck.
