46 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 180 lbs, 4 prior pregnancies, 2 births, nonsmoker, with no prioir abdominal operations who wishes to improve her trunk contour. She wished to undergo a tummy tuck/abdominoplasty with liposuction to flatten and tighten her abdomen, and thin and contour her waist. She underwent an abdominoplasty with repair of her muscle separation and liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, back and lateral thighs. 3,000ccof liposuction aspirate was removed. Her post operative photos were taken 1 year after her abdominoplasty with liposuction and show a flatter, smoother abdominal contour. Her waist is more defined and athletic appearing with better definition of her buttocks and improved contour of her lateral thighs. She is very pleased with her result.
