39 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches, 144 lbs, with 2 prior births who wished to improve the contour of her abdomen and waist line and her lateral thighs. She had previously undergone liposuction of her abdomen, flanks and lateral thighs but was unhappy with her abdominal skin laxity, the contour of her thighs and the forward bowing of her abdomen. She under went an abdominoplasty with repair of her diastasis and liposuction of her abdomen, flanks and lateral thighs. 2100cc of fat was removed with the liposuction. Her post operative photos were taken 4 months after her abdominoplasty, liposuction of her abdomen, flanks and lateral thighs and show a trimmer, flatter abdomen with smoother tighter skin, a thinned, athletic waistline and improved lateral thigh contour. The waist and lateral thigh contour improvement accents her buttock contour. She is very pleased with her result.
