50 year old female, 5 feet 6 inches with 3 prior pregnancies and 3 births and a prior history of a breast augmentation with saline implants which were placed only under the breast tissue. She was unhappy with her breast shape, contour and size and wished to remove her breast implants and have a breast lift/mastopexy. She was also wished to improve the contour of her trunk and flanks with an abdominoplasty and liposuction. She underwent a Wise pattern breast lift/mastopexy with removal of her saline implants. All sutures were placed under the skin and dissolved. Her abdominoplasty and flank liposuction were done to narrow her waist, remove excess skin and smooth the remaining skin of her abdomen. A separation of her rectus muscles was repaired to create a firm foundation for her abdominoplasty. 2,400 cc of fat were removed during her liposuction. The post operative photos were taken 3 months after her abdominoplasty, flank liposuction, breast implant removal and breast lift/mastopexy. Her result shows an improved abdominal and flank contour with an athletic taper to her hips. Her breast shape is symmetrical, lifted and youthful. The patient is very pleased with her result.
