40 year old female, nonsmoker, 5 feet 4 inches, 160 lbs with 2 prior births who wished to rejuvenate her abdomen and flanks, by an abdominoplasty and liposuction combination, focusing her mommy makeover on her trunk area. She underwent a lipoabdominoplasty which allows contouring of the flanks by liposuction as well as liposuction of the abdominal tissues prior to the abdominoplasty to maximize the abdominoplastys final contour result. 3500 cc of fat was removed during the liposuction. Her post operative photos show a youthful, athletic abdominal contour with a narrowed and contoured waist. The prior stretch marks in the patients lower abdomen have been removed. Her lipoabdominoplasty has flattened her abdomen and created a narrowed, curved waistline. The patient has lost 10 lbs since her surgery and is very pleased with her result.
