Tummy Tuck Photos - Case #1238

42 year old female, 5 feet 2 inches, 180 lbs, 3 pregnancies and 3 births who was unhappy with the contour of her abdomen and the excess skin and fat of her abdomen and flanks. She wished to improve on her shape. She underwent an abdominoplasty and flank liposuction with repair of the muscle separation of her abdomen, removal of excess skin to smooth and flatten her abdomen and then liposuction of her flanks and back to create a more proportional waistline and smooth the back rolls. Her postoperative photos were taken 6 months after her surgery showing an excellent improvement in her abdominal contour from her abdominoplasty and a narrower waistline and flattened back rolls from her liposuction.
