32 year old male, 6 feet 2 inches, 215 lbs after a 200 lb weight loss from gastric by-pass surgery 5 years prior. He smoked but stopped 3 weeks before surgery. His excess skin made it hard for him to exercise and he wished to correct the hanging skin of his abdomen and his mons. He underwent an extended abdominoplasty with liposuction of his flanks. Total weight loss from the surgery was 8 lbs. His post operative photos were taken 5 months after his surgery, and show an elevated and contoured mons, elimination of his hanging skin, tapering of his waist and marked improvement of his abdominal contour.
