32 year old female, 5 feet 7 inches, 175 lbs with a recent 50 lb weight loss through dieting and exercise who wished an abdominoplasty and flank liposuction to remove excess skin and contour her abdomen and flanks. The patients abdominoplasty and flank liposuction removed 7 lbs and flattened her abdomen and narrowed her waist to improve her overall contour. Her post abdominoplasty/liposuction photos were taken 3 months after her surgery. Her incision lines are slightly active and are improving weekly. She is very pleased with her new contour and shape.
