Rhinoplasty - Nasal Reshaping Photos - Case #5004

27 year old female who was unhappy with her nasal contour. She felt her nasal bump was too large, her nose to narrow on frontal view and wished her tip to have more refinement. Her rhinoplasty was done with a septoplasty. Her rhinoplasty consisted of lowering the nasal dorsum cartilage, creating spreader flaps to reestablish the dorsal asethetic lines, osteomies to create nasal width balance and sutures in the nasal tip cartilage to reshape them to a more pleasing shape. Her post operative photos show a straight nasal dorsum and a balanced profile and improved nasal-facial harmony. She is very pleased with the result of her surgery.
