Rhinoplasty - Nasal Reshaping Photos - Case #3001

62 year old male, 5 feet 10 inches, 180 lbs with progressive enlargement of his nose over several years. Rhinophyma was diagnosed and to reshape his nose he underwent a rhinoplasty to contour his nose to his original shape. His nasal reshaping was done by tangential excision and dermabrasion. His post operative photos were taken 3 weeks after surgery, showing a marked improvement in his nasal shape from his rhinoplasty. His skin appears slightly red as the photos were taken 3 weeks after surgery and this will fade to normal skin color over the next few weeks.
