Rhinoplasty - Nasal Reshaping Photos - Case #2900

42 year old nonsmoking female, 5 feet 5 inches 105 lbs with nasal facial disharmony. She specifically wished the upper portion of her nose refined with minimal or no change to the side view and tip. By an open trans columellar approach the upper nasal width was narrowed by medial and lateral osteotomies and a small trim of the dorsal septum and the lower lateral cartileges was done. Post operative photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
