31 year old female who wished a more refined nose. She underwent a rhinoplasty with lowering of her nasal dorsum, tip cartilage suturing to refine her nasal tip shape and cartilage graft tip support for tip projection. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months after her rhinoplasty and show excellent refinement of both dorsum and tip.
