28 year old female, no prior pregnancies, 5 feet 6inches, at a stable weight of 147 lbs, who was unhappy with her flank contour and had been unable to reduce its size through diet and exercise. She did not wish her abdomen treated. She underwent tumnescent liposuction with removal of 1100 cc of fat, 550 cc from each side. Her postoperative photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
