Liposuction Photos - Case #4133

44 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches, 117 lbs who wished to undergo liposuction of her abdomen, flanks and lateral thighs to create a more athletic contour and to slim areas which were resistant to diet and exercise. She also wished to have a breast augmentation at the same time. The breast augmentation was done with smooth, round silicone gel implants, 285cc placed below her chest muscle through an incision in the fold under her breast. A Keller funnel was used to insert the implants. Her liposuction was done using tumescent liposuction technique with small cannulas in a cross fashion for equality of fat removal. 650 cc of fat was removed during her liposuction. Her postoperative photos were taken 5 weeks after her liposuction and show a flatter abdomen, a more tapered waist, and a slimmed flank and lateral thigh shape. She has achieved her desire for a more athletic appearance and is very pleased with her result.
