45 year old female, 5 feet 2 inches, 127 lbs, with local collections of fat which were resistant to diet and exercise and she wished to have liposuction done to improve her contours, thin her waist and refine the definition of her buttocks. She underwent tumescent liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, waist and lateral thighs with removal of 2,950 cc of fat. Her post liposuction photos were taken 10 months after her surgery and show a tapered waist, flatter more athletic abdominal appearance and improved buttock definition and contour. She is very pleased with her new contour and youthful waistline.
