Gynecomastia - Male Breast Reduction Photos - Case #2355

28 year old male, 6 feet 190 lbs who noted enlarged breasts since puberty. He did body building but denied use of any drugs or supplements. He wished to undergo liposuction to reduce the outward projection and volume of his breasts. His liposuction reduction of his gynecomastia removed 250cc of fat from each breast. The liposuction was done through a single opening lateral and below each breast. Post operative photographs were taken 1.5 months after surgery, showing an improved chest contour and reduced breast size. The patient is very pleased with his result.
