18 year old male with right sided Tanner Stage III gynecomastia since puberty. He did not use any medications or nutritional supplements and had an otherwise normal physical exam. He wished correction of his gynecomastia. He underwent a resection of the gynecomastia by a periareolar incision. Liposuction was not possible due to the fiberous nature of the tissues. His post operative photos were taken 5 months after surgery for his gynecomastia.
