Facelift Photos - Case #5997

78 year old female, with a history of a prior facelift with upper and lower blepharoplasties 19 years ago who wished to undergo a revision facelift and blepharoplasty to refresh her appearance. She underwent a high SMAS facelift with a skin only upper blepharoplasty and removal of lateral lower eyelid fat pads through the upper eyelid incision. Her postoperative photos were taken 4 months after her facelift and show a freshening of her upper eyelids and facial contour.
